We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind you may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Seals, hygiene stickers, and outer cartons must be intact
- Returns must include proof of purchase
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, makeup, or beauty tools, unless the item is faulty.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs but a credit of £4 (our current postage costs) will be added to your account.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer:
- a replacement
- or a full refund
- or a credit
Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Not only do we specialise in clean, evidence‑based beauty with a strong focus on ingredient transparency, but we are also founder led by a professional clean makeup artist who has a deep understanding of the beauty industry as well as the clean beauty market. We are committed to offering a personalised experience to shopping that other big online brands will not provide and we will not overwhelm you with as many products as possible. Instead we focus on stocking specific products from specific brands that fit into all routines for all skin types. Just BeYOUtiful is designed to be a gentle and comfortable shopping space where your needs are catered to and you feel seen and understood.

Every product that we stock is pre-tested by our founder Amy Dyas to understand how the product works, feels and smells so that we can give you evidence based information and so we know what we are selecting. A lot of the brands that we stock have been known to Amy through her work as professional clean makeup artist in the fashion industry and others have been sought out for their reputation and confirmed performance.

Not necessarily — and intentionally so. We champion safe, non‑harmful synthetics alongside botanicals because they’re often more stable, effective, and gentler for sensitive skin. We choose products based on safety, performance, and integrity. We are not against science in the clean beauty industry as long as it is safe and beneficial.

Yes. We only stock brands that are cruelty‑free and compliant with UK/EU regulations, which prohibit animal testing for cosmetics.
