A personalised skincare appointment is a one‑to‑one session where we assess your skin, lifestyle, concerns, and goals, then build a routine that genuinely works for you. You’ll receive tailored guidance, product recommendations, and practical steps you can follow at home.

We start with a relaxed consultation to understand your skin history, sensitivities, and current routine. Then we explore textures, ingredients, and application techniques, and create a personalised routine that fits your needs. You’ll leave with clear, achievable steps and product suggestions that suit your skin.

You don’t need to do anything special. If you’d like, you can arrive with a clean face and bring your current products, but it’s completely optional. We'll be doing a full cleanse so if you prefer to come in makeup then that is not a problem!

We are situated in a studio on Wyle Cop above Juliet Chilton. You can come to our private door on Bowdler's Passage to come in (requires a phone call so we know you have arrived) or you can come through Juliet Chilton's and someone will be there to meet you. We will have a coffee/tea in our comfy chairs and discuss what you are looking for and then take it to the makeup table to get started! We make a list of products that you like and write an appointment card of anything we do and how to do it so that you go home with a handy reminder.
